Nani also has a degree in Graphic Design and Plastic Arts.
She took her very first Yoga Class in YMCA, Canada in 2014. Since then she became very curious about Yoga, but it wasn't until 2016 that she undertook her Training as a Yoga Teacher with Dr. Sri Radha Sharon O´Neill in Golden Glow Yoga College, Galway Ireland.
Nowadays Nani is training to become a Senior Yoga Teacher (500hr Certified Advanced Yoga Alliance International Teacher Training with Golden Glow Yoga College) while developing and maintaining her Yoga teaching skills by teaching Yoga Classes in Limerick having moved there in 2019 and doing some teaching collaboration for Golden Glow Yoga College.
Her goal in life is to empower and guide people to pursue and achieve their goals and help them to become the person that they want to be.
Nani believes that Yoga is for everyone and when we practice yoga we connect with ourselves and others in a deeper way and we learn self-love and self-acceptance. She thinks that we need to be kind and love ourselves while we continually grow and evolve in our journey through life.
Fionnuala is based in Galway. She discovered yoga over ten years ago when she was training to be a professional dancer. At first it was a form of cross training that helped keep her body well and quiet a busy mind. She was particularly drawn to the dance like qualities of Vinyasa yoga.
After a serious injury in 2013 yoga became her main focus as it helped her with rehabilitation both physically and mentally. She continued her practice when she moved from Seattle to Galway in 2014.
Since then she has completed a BA in Human Rights Law, during which she was teaching dance for NUIG and Genevieve Ryan Dance Academy. In 2017/2018, while also in her final year of college, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Golden
Glow Yoga College under the direction of Dr. Sri Radha Sharon O’Neill.
She brings her love of sustainable thoughtful movement to her classes, through anatomically sound and breath initiated flows. All classes include different aspects from her extremely wide training in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Transformational yoga; as well as the creative flair she brings from her time as a dancer.
Fionnuala hopes to share her love of movement through teaching and inspiring others to take up the practice. She is always
learning and continually interested in how we can become more thoughtful humans for our mental and physical bodies, as well as for each other.
Fionnuala currently teaches in Galway city The Galway Wellness Studio Terryland House, at An Seomra Yoga, and for the staff of Loam Restaurant Galway. She also teaches dance regularly in Galway for all ages and abilities.

"Taking part in the Golden Glow Yoga Teacher Training this past year has been extremely enjoyable and an inspirational experience. I looked forward to every training weekend as the atmosphere and vibe of the course is very encouraging. Sharon makes you feel at ease about the content and flow of movement being learnt and is very supportive about going forward after graduating. You are taught to find your own personal yogic teaching style which is very refreshing! I would recommend this course to anyone interested in yoga whether it's going on to teach or to simply have yoga in their life in another discipline."

""Before i attended Yoga Teacher Training I attended a one-to-one yoga therapy session with Sri Radha in October 2017. She worked with me in teaching me some simple yoga postures that I could use to help increase mobility in my shoulder and chest. For 7 years since a bicycle accident where I suffered a lot of damage to the rotator cuff, I have had recurring pain, sometimes to the extent that I have needed to take time off work and take anti-inflammatories. I experienced some form of pain or discomfort on a daily basis.
I have been practicing these new exercises during my yoga practice but also simply while watching TV etc and have found that they have made a huge difference.
I feel that my shoulder is looser and particularly across my chest has loosened out to the extent that I can now breathe easily and deeply for the first time in years. That was achievable after just one session.
I am now equipped with some simple tools to help myself to strengthen and release the muscles.
I can't recommend Sri Radha highly enough as a very experienced yoga therapist and also as a very interesting and engaging woman to talk to and spend time with. For anyone familiar in dealing with recurring and energy-sapping pain, I think a visit to Sri Radha may very well change your life!"
